That's probably why the government has revised the Accountability system to be audited regularly by Independent auditors. As the monies belong to taxpayers, it would be good for the taxpayers to see audit reports on the www.direct.gov.uk website. I see www.management-support.org.uk also conduct independent audits, may be you could conduct audits on the government’s revised Accountability system ! Just a thought …. as you are truly independent having only the public’s interest at heart, especially as your motto is Work to benefit self <strong>AND</strong> society.
